If Kunjaly fails to deliver your requested digital product within the promised time frame, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid during the order process. This applies only in cases where the delivery is not completed by us due to system or operational failures.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer). Please allow some processing time depending on your payment provider.
Kunjaly is not responsible for failed deliveries that occur due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure all contact and delivery details are entered correctly to avoid delays or order failure.
In cases where a customer refuses to accept delivery or does not complete the order process after payment, we will refund the amount paid minus a 5% service charge. This deduction covers processing and handling costs associated with the transaction.
